The Superior Room Sea View was pretty sweet! The ocean view was stunning and made mornings so nice. The room was clean and had a private balcony, which I loved for sunset views. The air conditioning worked well, keeping things cool. Just wish the furnishings weren’t a bit dated. Overall, the vibe was comfy and relaxing.

would definitely visit it again
The room had a perfect sea view with a cozy balcony. Loved the private bathroom with free toiletries and a hairdryer. The pools were awesome, and the spa offered great services like massages and facials. The staff was super accommodating, especially during check-in and helped with my luggage.

The staff were friendly and accommodating, especially during check-in.
The air conditioning in our initial room did not work at all, making our stay uncomfortable.

Consider asking for Bacardi or tequila specifically, as drinks can be quite generic otherwise.

I was impressed by the vibrant floral displays and well-maintained gardens, making the hotel feel like a tropical paradise. The wide paths and benches were perfect for relaxing and accessible for seniors, enhancing our experience.

The ocean view from my Superior Room Sea View was absolutely stunning, and the staff were genuinely friendly, always eager to help. I loved the smooth service at the lobby bar—a real gem for unwinding after a long day in the sun!
One major bummer was the lounge situation—reserving recliners with towels at dawn was a total buzzkill. It would be super helpful if they put up signs about lounge chair fairness!

The location is unbeatable with direct beach access, and the pool area is fantastic! While most of the staff were friendly and went above and beyond, the check-in experience fell short, lacking warmth. The air conditioning in the room was inadequate, causing discomfort during the stay. On the positive side, breakfast options, especially the locally caught fish, were delightful, enhancing the overall enjoyment of meals.

Fantastic Beach Escape with Great Amenities!
Had a wonderful three-night family getaway! The beach and pool areas were gorgeous, and the swim-up bar offered amazing drinks while enjoying the ocean view. Don't miss the freshly made pancakes at breakfast—they're a treat! Pro tip, arrive early to snag prime beach chairs. Perfect for families!

missingWrote a review on May 29crowded atmosphere
The initial room we received had struggling air conditioning, creating discomfort during our stay, though we did manage to get moved to a cooler room. The buffet dining experience left much to be desired with limited appealing options, leading us to eat out more than expected—four nights instead of two—which could cater better to varying tastes. Visiting during a weekend led to overwhelming crowds, making some amenities feel overloaded with noise and chaos.
